Western blot analysis of A-431 cells (20 mg/lane) serum starved overnight. Then untreated (lane 1) or treated (lane 2) with EGF (100 ng/ml) for 5 min. The blot was probed with PXN monoclonal antibody, clone M107 (Cat # MAB1366).
