Figure 3. Western blot of beta-actin in mouse brain (Lane A) and mouse spleen (Lane B) tissue lysate probed with rabbit polyclonal anti-beta-Actin (CT) antibody (Cat# 54590). Immunoreactive bands at ~42 kDa were detected in the lysates. Goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L), highly cross-adsorbed, HiLyte Fluor™ 750-labeled secondary antibody (Cat# 61056-05-H750 or 61056-1-H750) was used and the signals detected using an infrared-imaging system (Odyssey, Li-Cor).
