- Western blot showing the detection of Bcl-w in fractionated lysates of mouse tissues with clone 16H12. Antibody specificity is indicated by the absence of the expected 21 kDa protein in Bcl-w -/- testis control tissues. The 67 kDa band is Hsp-70 used as an equal loading control.
