- Collagen II in Mouse Chondrocytes. Collagen II was detected in immersion fixed mouse mesenchymal stem cell-differentiated chondrocytes using 10 µg/mL Sheep Anti-Mouse Collagen II Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3615) for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained with the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL010) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
