- Two-color analysis of the expression of CD40 on mouse spleen cells. Splenocytes were simultaneously stained with APC-conjugated anti-B220 MAb and biotinylated FGK45 MAb to CD40 (Prod. No. ALX-805-046) followed by a streptavidin-R-PE conjugate. Specificity of FGK45 towards CD40 was confirmed on splenocytes from -/- CD40 mice and a biotin-conjugated isotype control.
