Detection of human SOX10 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Malme-3M cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SOX10 antibody (Product # A305-799A-T Lot 2) used for IP at 20 µL per reaction. SOX10 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (Product # A305-799A-T Lot 1) and rabbit anti-SOX10 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # A700-080). For blotting immunoprecipitated SOX10 (Product # A700-080) was used at a dilution of 1:1,000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
