Handling

Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.Immunoblotting: use at 1:5,000 dilution. Bands of ~44 kDa (ERK1) and ~42 kDa (ERK2) are detected. These are recommended concentrations. User should determine optimal concentrations for their application. Positive control: HeLa cell lysate.
