- Detection of Human IQGAP2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, Huh-7 human hepatoma cell line, Ramos human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, and Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human IQGAP2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5068) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for IQGAP2 at approximately 185 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
