- Immunocytochemistry analysis of IL4R in immersion fixed HDLM‚2 human Hodgkins lymphoma cell line. Samples were incubated in IL4R monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23814) using a dilution of 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of IL4R in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human lymph node. Samples were incubated in IL4R monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23814) using a dilution of 25 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma cells.

- Neutralization of IL4R in TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell line. Samples were incubated in IL4R monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23814). Recombinant Human IL-4 stimulates proliferation in the TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human IL-4 (0.2 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human IL-4 Rα Monoclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 3-6 ng/mL.
