Western blot analysis of Phospho-PKC zeta (Thr410) in untreated (–) and treated (+) NIH-3T3 whole cell extracts (30 µg) separated by 10% SDS-PAGE. Membrane was blotted with Phospho-PKC zeta (Thr410) Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-46896) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.

Immunofluorescent analysis of Phospho-PKC zeta (Thr410) in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: PKC (pan) (zeta phospho Thr410) stained by PKC (pan) (zeta phospho Thr410) monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-46896) diluted at 1:500. Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] diluted at 1:1,000. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI Scale bar= 10 µm.
