- Product name
- ARHGDIA Monoclonal Antibody (OTI1A7), TrueMAB™
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Antigen
- Recombinant full-length protein
- Description
- For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, we strongly recommend performing another round of desalting. (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7KMWCO, 0.5 mL, Product # 89882)

- HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ARHGDIA (RC200902, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ARHG. Positive lysates LY401371 (100 µg) and LC401371 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

- Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (10 µg per lane) of wild-type 293T cells (WT, Cat# LC810293T) and ARHGDIA-Knockout 293T cells (KO, Cat# LC811309) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ARHGDIA monoclonal antibody TA501120°C (1:200). Then the blotted membrane was stripped and reprobed with anti-HSP90AB1 antibody (TA500494) as a loading control.
