Experimental details

Detection of Human TGIF1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HCT-116 human colorectal carcinoma cell line, JAR human choriocarcinoma cell line, and A549 human lung carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human TGIF1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7555) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). Specific bands were detected for TGIF1 at approximately 32-35 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Detection of Human TGIF1 by Simple Western^TM. Simple Western lane view shows lysates of HCT-116 human colorectal carcinoma cell line, loaded at 0.5 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for TGIF1 at approximately 38 kDa (as indicated) using 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human TGIF1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7555). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
