- Western blot analysis of Anti-VDR antibody (LS-B7259, 1:1000 dilution; 15 µg of lysate per lane). Lane 1: A431 cell line. Lane 2: MCF-7 cell line. Lane 3: MCF-7 cell line blocked with synthesized peptide. Antibody produced band at ~48 kDa (Isoform 1) but did not produce band when blocked.
