Samples were treated with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-118026) with a dilution of 1:1,000 (4°C overnight), followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and DAPI (blue).
