Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 45 kDa. Observed band size: 120 kDa.

Western Blot of LAMP2 in Lane A: HepG2 Whole Cell lysate, Lane B: Jurkat Whole Cell lysate, Lane C: Hela Whole Cell Lysate. Samples (30 µg per lane) were incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-118026) with a dilution of 1:500 , followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight 800) using a dilution of 1:10,000. Assay was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 45 kDa, Observed band size: 120 kDa.

Immunocytochemistry analysis of LAMP2 in A431 cells. Samples were treated with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-118026) with a dilution of 1:1,000 (4°C overnight), followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and DAPI (blue).
