Experimental details

Total cell lysates (15 µg protein) from HeLa, A431, A549 and NIH3T3 cells were resolved by 4-12% Bis-Tris gel electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified anti-c-Met antibody (clone 12.1). Purified anti-GAPDH antibody (clone Poly6314) was used as a loading control. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse-IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
