Lane 1: mouse heart lysates Lane 2: mouse liver lysates probed with Anti CD168/RHAMM Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-3845R) at 1:200 in 4°C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 90min in 37°C. Predicted band 82-84kD. Observed band size: 84kD.
