Description

Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 min RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95 degrees C followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.

Lane A: K562 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane C: U-251MG Whole Cell Lysate, Lane D: MCF7 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 51 kDa. Observed band size: 54 kDa.

Experimental details

Immunofluorescence staining of FKBP5 in HEK293 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with FKBP5 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-117952, 1:200) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.
