- Mouse kidney cells were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde for 10 min at 37°C. Blocking was performed with 1 X PBS containing 0.5% BSA + 10% goat serum for 1 hour. Uromodulin Polyclonal Antibody (bs-2189R, 1 µg/1x10^6 cells) was incubated with the cells for 30 min at room temperature. Then a Goat Anti-rabbit IgG/FITC (bs-0295G-FITC) secondary antibody was added at 1:200 for 40 mins at room temperature. The graph compares primary antibody (green) to unstained cells (dark blue), secondary only (light blue) and isotype control (orange; bs-0295P).
