- Western blot analysis of BMPR1B polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3837) in NCI-H460 cell lysate (Lane A) and mouse heart tissue lysate (Lane B) . BMPR1B (arrow) was detected using purified polyclonal antibody. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.
