Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD3 epsilon PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB100P) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human IL-7 R alpha/CD127 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB306) or (B) Mouse IgG₁ Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB002) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B).
