- Detection of Human/Mouse TANK by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line, DA3 mouse myeloma cell line, Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, and Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse TANK Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4755) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for TANK at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
