- Description
- Despite the predicted molecular weight, Bfl-1 often migrates at a higher molecular weight in SDS-PAGE, presumably due to post-translational modifications. A suggested positive control is mouse kidney tissue lysate. PA5-20269 can be used with blocking peptide PEP-0384.
