- A) RANK transfected HEK 293 cells were stained significantly by anti-RANK PAb(Prod. No. ALX-210-421). Method: Staining of human RANK transfected HEK293 cells with 2ug/ml of Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Purified (open histogram) or 2ug/ml of Anti-Human RANK Purified (Red histogram) followed by Anti-Rabbit IgG FITC (Jackson Lab., cat. 711-096-152, 2ug/200ul). Total viable cells were used for analysis. B) Western blot analysis with recombinant anti-RANK PAb (Prod. No. ALX-210-421) at 1:5'000 dilution. Lane 1: Recombinant human RANK protein (His-tagged). Lane 2: Human RANK Fc-fusion protein.
