Experimental details

Detection of Human MKLP1 by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (10 ug/lane) from asynchronous (A) or mitotically-enriched (M) HeLa cells. Mitotically enriched HeLa cells were prepared by treatment with Nocodazole (500 ng/ml; 12h). Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MKLP1 antibody used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 2 minutes.
