- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat Casein Kinase 1 delta by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line, NRK rat normal kidney cell line, and Y3-Ag rat myeloid cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat Casein Kinase 1 delta Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4568) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Casein Kinase 1 delta at approximately 49 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- Casein Kinase 1 delta in C2C12 Mouse Cell Line. Casein Kinase 1 delta was detected in immersion fixed C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line using Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Casein Kinase 1 delta Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4568) at 5 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL010) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
