- Immunocytochemistry analysis of FBXO15 in immersion fixed BG01V human embryonic stem cells. Samples were incubated in FBXO15 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24277) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 493-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (green). Specific staining of F‚box protein 15 was localized to cytoplasm.

- Flow cytometry of FBXO15 in BG01V human embryonic stem cells. Samples were incubated in FBXO15 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24277) or isotype control antibody followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.
