- AP32024PU-N NLRP10 Antibody staining of Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts lysate at 1 µg/ml (25µg protein in RIPA buffer) and in HEK293 overexpressing Mouse Nalp10 (Lane 3), Human MALP10 (Lane 2) and empty vector (Lane 1). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence. Data provided by Dr. Thomas Kufer, University of Cologne, Germany.
