- Western Blot: Cited-2 Antibody (JA22) [NB100-136] - Total protein from human HeLa and MCF7 and mouse 3T3 cell lines was separated on a 12% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 2.0 ug/ml anti-Cited in 1% non-fat milk in TBST and detected with an anti-mouse HRP secondary antibody using West Pico PLUS chemiluminescence detection reagent.

- Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Cited-2 Antibody (JA22) [NB100-136] - IHC analysis of a formain fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue section of human breast cancer using Cited-2 antibody at 1:500 dilution. The primary antibody bound to CAIX antigens in the tissue section was detected using a HRP labeled secondary antibody and DAB reagent. Nuclei of the cells were counterstained with hematoxylin. Staining was localized to the nucleus.
