- Western Blot: RRAD Antibody [NBP2-27500] - Panel A: Staining of HEK293 lysates overexpressing several HA-tagged Mouse GTPases, including Rrad (10 ug protein in RIPA buffer) with antibody at 0.5 ug/mL, and compared with an HA-specific antibody. Panel B: Staining of WT and KO lysates of Mouse Heart (100 ug protein in RIPA buffer) with antibody at 0.5 ug/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
