- Western Blot: ID3 Antibody (2B11) [NB500-112] - Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Id3 antibody [2B11] diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (NBP2-19382) was used to detect the primary antibody.
