Western blot analysis of LYPD3 in Lane A: Hela Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg). Samples were probed using a LYPD3 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-29407) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:10000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:36 kDa. Observed band size:36 kDa.

Experimental details

Immunofluorescence staining of Human LYPD3 in PC3 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with LYPD3 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (213) (Product # MA5-29407, 1:60) at 37°C 1 hour. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor® 594-conjugated goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cells membrane.

Flow cytometric analysis of Human LYPD3 expression on PC-3 cells. Cells were stained with LYPD3 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (213) (Product # MA5-29407), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
