- Western Blot: 1. Jurkat cell lysate (100 µg) 2. Jurkat cell lysate (50 µg) stained with anti-LRP-5/6 antibody (ARG20218). The antibody recognizes the ~170 kDa full le ngth LRP-5/6 of human and mouse origins. A cleavage fragment (~120 kDa) can also be detected.
