- Western blot analysis of AADACL4 was performed by loading Lane1: 231 cell lysate (40µg), Lane2: A549 cell lysate (40µg) on to a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a AADACL4 antibody (Product # PA5-49736) at a 1/100 dilution for 30 minutes, followed by Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/10000 dilution.
