- Western blot analysis of C12orf10 in lane 1-3: PC-3, MCF-7 and 293T cell lysates (40µg lysate/ lane). Samples were loaded onto a 8% SDS-PAGE gel and probed using a C12orf10 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-68366) at a 1:350 dilution, followed by incubation with a Goat anti rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a 1:8000 dilution, Exposure time: 5 seconds.
