- Western blot of PTCD2 in human liver lysate was performed using 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a PTCD2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37977) at a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of PTCD2 in Human Small Intestine using a PTCD2 monoclonal antibody (Product #PA5-37977) at 5 µg/mL. The Human Small Intestine tissue section was paraffin embeded and detected using steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining.
