- Western blot analysis of human recombinant proteins, extracellular domain of NCR3 (50 ng) was resolved by SDS - PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with NCR3 monoclonal antibody, clone y4E6 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1058). Protein was visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system. Arrow indicates human recombinant protein NCR3 (residues 19 ~ 138).
