- Western blot analysis of HeLa cell membrane extracts with anti-Plexin-B1 antibody (1:300). This antibody identified two bands of ~200kDa and ~250kDa. The upper band represents Plexin-B1 precusor and the lower band represents Plexsin-B1 cleavage product.
