- This antibody is stable for at least one (1) year at -20C. Avoid repeated freeze- thaw cycles.
- Handling
- Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.Immunoblotting: use at 1ug/ml. A band of ~38kDa is detected. Band can appear as high as 45kDa. ELISA: use at 1-10ug/ml with Aha1 on the solid phase. These are recommended concentrations; enduser should determine optimal concentrations for their applications.
