- Staining of clone TUJ1 1-15-56 on formalin fixed paraffin embedded normal human brain tissue at 1 µg/ml. Following sodium citrate antigen retrieval pH 6, the primary antibody was incubated for 60 minutes at room temperature. BioLegend's Ultra Streptavidin (USA) HRP Detection Kit (Multi-Species) was used (Cat. No. 929601).
