- Immunoprecipitation: INTS1 Antibody [NB100-509] - Detection of human INTS1 (INT1) by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-INT1 antibody NB100-509 used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. INT1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-INT1 antibody from Company B. For blotting immunoprecipitated INT1, NB100-509 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
