- Experimental details
- Detection of Human ETV6 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line and Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. Gels were loaded with 30 µg of cytoplasmic (Cyto) and 15 µg of nuclear (Nuc) extracts. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human ETV6 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7945) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for ETV6 at approximately 60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
