Detection of Potassium Channel Kv2.2 by Western Blot Western blot of rat brain homogenate. As shown in the autoradiograph, the antibody is specific for the ~125 kDa Voltage Gated Potassium Channel, Kv2.2 subunit. The labeling is blocked by preadsorption with the immunizing peptide.
