L1 mouse embryo lysates L2 mouse brain lysates probed with Anti Neurotrophin 4/NT-4/NT-5 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-0158R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 for 90 min at 37°C. Predicted band 14/27kDa. Observed band size:27kD.
