Detection of mouse galectin 7 in modified RIPA extract from the epidermis of FVB wild type (wt) or COX2 transgenic (TG) mice by Western blotting with Rabbit anti Human Galectin 7 (GTX41035). Immunoprecipitation of Galectin 7 with the indicated amounts of antibody/mg lysate. Immunoprecipitate was subsequently resolved by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with another anti Galectin 7 antibody
