Experimental details

Total cell lysate from Jurkat cells (lane 1), PC3 cells (lane 2), or mouse splenocytes (lane 3) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified monoclonal anti-STAT4 (clone 15A1B41) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an anti-mouse-IgG secondary conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
