- 15 µg of total protein extract from mouse thymus was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane, and probed with purified or Direct-Blot™ HRP anti-STAT4 (clone 15A1B41) antibody. Proteins were visualized using chemiluminescence detection.
