- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat Syntaxin 1B by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line, CCD-1070Sk human foreskin fibroblast cell line, Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line, and NRK rat normal kidney cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Syntaxin 1B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6848) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Syntaxin 1B at approximately 33 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
