- Western blot analysis of TRIB2 expression in SW620 whole cell lysates (lane 1). TRIB2 at 39KD was detected using rabbit anti- TRIB2 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # PB9900) at0.5 μg/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
