- Western blot using TEP1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB11272) shows detection of a predominant band at ~240 kDa corresponding to TEP1 (arrowhead) in human kidney tissue lysate.The predicted MW of TEP1 is 290 kDa.TEP1 was detected using 1 ug/mL (lane A) and 2 ug/mL (lane B) concentrations of primary antibody.
