Experimental details

Western blot of clone 7C12/C3b. Lane 1: Molecular weight marker; Lane 2: 2 µg C3 recombinant protein; Lane 3: 2 µg C3b recombinant protein; Lane 4 and 5: Human Plasma; Lane 6: BSA negative control. Blot was incubated with clone 7C12/C3b at 10 µg/ml for 24 hours at 4°C. Following primary antibody, the blot was incubated with fluorescent labeled goat anti-mouse secondary antibody.
